I am Meike de Vries, a nineteen year old Frisian artist. I am an art and education student, work a lot on commission, like to sell copies of my original works, teach drawing to young creatives and recently started giving demonstrations and workshops on behalf of my favorite brand of colored pencils: Caran d'Ache. There are lots of workshops coming up in the next few months! See the schedule on the right, and don't forget to register at the relevant shop.

In the workshop, you will learn how to draw an iris, with details and colours in layers. I will of course be there to answer any questions!
